Job title: Charles River Developer
We are looking for a skilled Charles River Developer for a future role to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with the Charles River Investment Management Solution (IMS) and a strong background in integrating and developing across the Charles River platform, including Order Management (OMS), Compliance, Trading, and Performance modules.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement enhancements to the Charles River IMS platform across its OMS, Compliance, Trading, Risk, and Performance modules.
Integrate CRD with internal and external systems using Charles River APIs, MuleSoft, TIBCO, and Informatica PowerCenter.
Work with Message Queues (MQ) for real-time trade and data integration workflows.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to configure and deploy Charles River Cloud components and ensure high availability and scalability.
Build and optimize reports using the Charles River Reporting Engine.
Configure and maintain compliance rules within Charles River Compliance.
Participate in full SDLC processes, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, and deployment.
Ensure the performance, reliability, and security of integrations and custom CRD solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in Charles River development and configuration.
In-depth knowledge of Charles River IMS, particularly OMS, Trading, Compliance, Performance & Attribution, and Risk.
Experience with Charles River Cloud deployment and operations.
Strong knowledge of Charles River APIs and integration with third-party systems.
Proficient in MuleSoft, TIBCO, and Informatica PowerCenter for ETL and API integrations.
Hands-on experience with MQ (Message Queue) systems (e.g., IBM MQ, RabbitMQ).
Familiarity with the Charles River Reporting Engine.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to work in agile development environments.
Charles River Certification or CRD implementation experience.
Prior experience working in asset management or investment banking environments.
Exposure to regulatory compliance within financial systems.
