The Night Shift Engineer supports ISS in becoming a world-class service organisation by delivering high-quality building engineering services, primarily electrical, with a focus on fault finding, maintenance, repair, and installation.​

Working across client properties, the engineer ensures a first-class maintenance service that reflects ISS’s commitment to technical excellence and customer satisfaction.

Job Description

We’re looking for a skilled Multiskilled Technician with an electrical bias to deliver exceptional mechanical, electrical, and building services maintenance across client properties.

You’ll take a hands-on approach to fault finding, repairs, maintenance, and installations, ensuring efficient and reliable service delivery on site.

Deliver high-quality mechanical, electrical, and building services maintenance at client sites.

Carry out fault finding, repairs, planned maintenance, and installations.

Support ISS’s mission to be the world’s greatest service organisation by enabling customer success through empowered service delivery.

Focus on providing exceptional building services to meet client expectations and maintain site standards.

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

City & Guilds 2230 Level 3 OR NVQ 2356/2357 OR City & Guilds 2330 Level 3 in Electrical Installation
OR AM1 and AM2
City & Guilds 18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations (BS:7671:2018) preferable with A2 amendment

A Full UK Driving Licence is essential

Electrical building services maintenance including fault finding, repairs, installation, and inspection/testing

Strong background in reactive and planned preventative maintenance (PPM) within FM or commercial building services

Proven experience working under strict Health & Safety regulations, risk assessments, and method statements
