What You'll Be Doing:
- Tailored Fitness Programs: Design and deliver personalized fitness programs, including personal training sessions, group fitness classes, and fitness assessments.
- Expert Guidance: Assist clients with correct exercise form and technique, ensuring they get the most out of their workouts.
- Progress Monitoring: Track clients' progress and adjust programs as necessary to keep them motivated and on track.
- Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring clients' needs are met and their fitness experience is top-notch.
- Gym Operations: Help with gym operations, including cleaning and maintaining equipment, and opening and closing the gym.
- Membership Promotion: Promote and sell gym memberships and personal training sessions, helping clients commit to their fitness journey.
- Safety First: Adhere to health and safety guidelines, ensuring the well-being of clients at all times. Provide first aid assistance if necessary.
- Continuous Learning: Stay up to date with industry developments and attend training courses to keep your skills sharp.

Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience working as a Fitness Instructor or Personal Trainer.
- A recognized qualification in fitness, such as a Level 2 or 3 Certificate in Fitness Instructing or Personal Training.
- A good understanding of exercise physiology, nutrition, and anatomy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to motivate and inspire clients to achieve their fitness goals.
- A passion for health and fitness.
- A flexible and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to work evenings and weekends if required.
