Are you looking for a role where you can truly change lives — and be part of a supportive team? At Mencap, we’re on the lookout for compassionate and enthusiastic Support Workers to join our amazing team in March.
In this rewarding role, you’ll be supporting individuals based on their own needs, including personal care, manual handling, assisting with daily routines, join in on activities, and use a person-centred, Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) approach to help manage behaviours that may be challenging.
At our service in March the people we support love getting out and about, this can include trips out in the community doing activities such as shopping, meals out, and enjoying walks in nature.

Shifts & Hours:

- We have full time, part-time and relief roles available, so we can be flexible with what hours you are looking for
- Shifts can vary between 7am-10pm so flexibility is essential
