Summary
Provide comprehensive support to clients in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and performance analysis, without delivering regulated financial advice. Prepare clear and insightful internal financial summaries and reports to aid in interpreting financial results and supporting strategic decision-making. Facilitate banking processes such as account openings, compliance procedures, and the preparation of borrowing documentation. Monitor relevant UK financial regulations to identify compliance obligations and coordinate with authorised financial advisers when necessary. Assist clients in potential mergers and acquisitions by preparing business plans, feasibility models, valuations, and information memoranda.
