Summary

22.5 Hours Per Week, 9am-5pm, 3 days over 7 Saturday work included. *Closed Sundays*

Job Purpose:
To work as part of a team of staff and volunteers to deliver high levels of customer service, to contribute to the day to day running of the charity’s retail outlets and to grow the business to support the long-term sustainability of the organisation. Grow personally and professionally as part of a dynamic team and undertake cleaning and showroom duties as required and assist with the rotation of stock.
Main Responsibilities:
Work with others in a team of staff and volunteers
Deal with telephone enquiries
Prepare, price and display stock items for sale
To serve customers on the shop floor
To ensure the showroom is well-presented, clean and tidy at all times
To schedule all deliveries and collections using our stock control system
Greet and assist customers
Operate till
Continually develop an understanding of the Company’s culture, products and reflect this in everyday performance
Take responsibility for personal development and actively seek opportunities for improvement
Any other duties that may reasonably be required

Experience Required
Experience in a retail environment is essential; experience in a customer service role with face-to-face customer contact.
