Summary
Providing residents with assistance in day-to-day tasks, including dressing, eating, bathing, grooming and using the bathroom
Maintaining all care records, writing care plans and risk assessments.
Communicating any issues, concerns or problems to the Residents, family members and medical providers as necessary
Ensuring the residents takes medications, ordering and booking in of medications.
Building rapport with Residents by establishing personal connections and showing empathy and kindness.
Leading a small care team, on shift basis.
Responding to any medical or safety issues
