Summary
A Care Worker’s primary duties include providing physical care and support to the Residents. Their daily duties can include:
Providing residents with assistance in day-to-day tasks, including dressing, eating, bathing, grooming and using the bathroom
Maintaining all care records
Communicating any issues, concerns or problems to Senior carer, family members and medical providers as necessary.
Building rapport with patients by establishing personal connections and showing empathy and kindness
Responding to any medical or safety issues.
