The Best Connection are currently looking for someone with admin or office experience to support a client in the Severn Beach area. Working from 9am - 3pm Monday to Friday, paying £13.25 per hour, this role is ideal for someone who isn't looking for full-time work during the summer holiday's.
Responsibilities
- Supporting the hiring manager with inbound applications, calling through people to find out if they'd be suitable for certain roles
- Arranging interviews, booking out rooms, calendars and sending out confirmation.
- Planning weekly rota's for new and current workforces.
This role requires someone who is well organised and has good time management.
