Summary
Are you ready to lead transformation that supports vulnerable children and parents across the UK?
We’re looking for two exceptional Senior Product Managers to join our award-winning Children and Families team at DWP Digital. Our mission is to ensure separated families and expectant mothers receive the support they need to give children the best possible start in life.
This is a complex and deeply meaningful area of work—supporting people through some of the most challenging moments in their lives. You’ll be at the forefront of service transformation, working across multiple products and teams to deliver inclusive, user-centred services that span all channels and the full service journey.
Our team has already made significant strides in modernising how we support families, and now we’re looking for visionary leaders who can push the envelope even further. If you’re passionate about using technology to drive social impact, this is your opportunity to make a real difference.
The role will be responsible for leading a complex area of work and you will be making evidenced based strategic and tactical product decisions and making key priority calls.
You will be actively leading the product strategy, owning the overall product roadmap, and communicating product success to stakeholders, both internally and external to DWP. You will defend controversial decisions about your product and protect the team so they can deliver. You will also have wide ranging experience of product management techniques that you can coach and mentor other product professionals on.
You will work independently, and as part of a senior leadership team.
Additionally, you’ll be a part of our Product Community of Practice, where Product Managers across DWP Digital come together to share learning, discuss their development needs, gain support, and solve for common problems.
