Randstad Education is seeking a passionate and experienced Year 2 Teacher to join our team in Preston. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated educator who is ready to make a positive impact on young learners. This is a full-time position for one term initially, with the potential for an extension based on your performance and the school's needs.

What You'll Be Doing
- Delivering exciting and effective lessons that follow the national curriculum for Year 2 students.
- Assessing student progress and providing meaningful feedback to students and parents.
- Creating a positive, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment where every child can thrive.
- Working with colleagues to plan and deliver high-quality learning experiences.
- Participating in school events, staff meetings, and professional development.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Proven experience teaching in a primary school, with a strong focus on Key Stage 1.
- A solid understanding of the Year 2 curriculum and assessment frameworks.
- Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to inspire students.
- A commitment to fostering a safe and supportive learning environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
