Summary
Position Available: September 2025 – June 2026.With Possibility of Extension or Transfer to Permanent Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic, resourceful and forward-thinking person and are excited to be recruiting a Support Worker to support 2 individuals who live together within one of our Plymouth Services.
About the Role:
You will be working with a team to support two older ladies who live in Eggbuckland and enabling them to become more independent within their day-to-day lives, whilst also supporting them in and out of the community. Support will include helping with activities such as such as cooking, shopping and day trips.
About the usual working pattern: On a rolling two-week pattern
Week 1
Monday – 9am till 7pm
Tuesday – Night Waker – 8pm till 8am
Wednesday – Night Waker – 8pm till 8am
Sunday - 9am till 7pm
Week 2
Friday – Night Waker – 8pm till 8am
Saturday - Night Waker – 8pm till 8am
For occupational requirement reasons we are looking to appoint a female only for this post (exemption under the Equality Act 2010 Part 1 Schedule 9).
