Support Worker (Fixed-Term Post to cover Maternity Leave)
Hourly Rate: £12.30 with additional 0.40ph complex service
Hours: 18 hours per week
Position Available: October 2025 – July 2026. With Possibility of Extension or Transfer to Permanent Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic, resourceful and forward-thinking person and are excited to be recruiting a Support Worker to support individuals who live together within one of our Plymouth Services.
About the Role:
J likes to be busy and active, enjoying social opportunities and interacting with others. She loves going swimming, fair rides and trampolining. She has an infectious personality and is a pleasure to be around. Your strong communication skills will enable you to make great connections and your will be an enabler by supporting Jess. Jess has severe Learning Disability and other health conditions and may display behaviors of concern at times.
About the usual working pattern: On a rolling two-week pattern
Week 1
Monday – 3pm till 10pm sleep in
Tuesday – 7am till 9.30am
Wednesday – 3pm till 10pm sleep in
Thursday – 7am till 9.30am
Sunday – 8am till 10pm
Week 2
Monday – 7am till 9.30am
