Summary

We're looking for an Administrator to join our HR Compliance Team based in Rushden.



Location: Rushden - Hybrid working available, with travel to the Rushden office at least 1 day per week

Hours: 37.5 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us



What will you be responsible for?

As an Administrator, you'll be working within the HR Compliance Team, supporting them in the processing of DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service), BPSS (Baseline Personnel Security Standard), securityclearance checks and Right to Work Limited Leave to Remain re-checks for existing employees (as required)

Your day to day will include:

-Take ownership of the DBS/Security Clearance and Right to Work limited leave to remain visa expiry reminder and renewal processes for all existing employees

-Under the direction of the HR Compliance Manager undertake duties as Level 1 User on Kier Sponsorship Licences

-Ensure issues and concerns which arise when carrying out the above checks are escalated in a timely manner.

-Ensure employee HR records are updated, maintained and retained accordingly

-Respond to cases raised by internal and external stakeholder in a prompt and professional manner and action all AskHR queries received via the ‘HR Compliance' queue on Oracle Service Cloud within the required SLA's.



What are we looking for?

This role of Administrator is great for you if:

-Are CIPD Level 3/5 (advantageous).

-Strong administration skills

-Strong interpersonal and communication skills

-Experience of right to work processes and the UKVI SMS for sponsored migrant workers (advantageous).

-Knowledge of legislative and regulatory guidance in relation to industry compliance, particularly in relation to immigration and employment law.
