Summary
Demonstrate good mental health assessment and intervention skills. There is a strong commitment to supervision, training and regular appraisal, which you will receive and deliver to named staff. Work as part of the MDT on the Unit. Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills. Have a good knowledge of physical health monitoring and documentation.
