What We're Looking For: Essential Skills & Experience

- Proven experience as a Teaching Assistant, particularly in supporting pupils with SEMH challenges or complex behaviours.
- A solid understanding of various SEMH conditions, such as ADHD, ASC, anxiety, and attachment difficulties.
- Proficiency in de-escalation strategies (relevant training like Team Teach, MAPA, or similar is highly advantageous).
- The ability to calmly and effectively navigate diverse classroom situations.
- A valid enhanced DBS check or the willingness to obtain one promptly.
