Summary

Working as part of a dedicated team, you will work to align our customers’ needs with our industry-leading products and services. You will build relationships with key decision makers and ensure delivery of excellent customer service.

You will:
Raise and chase quotes, process subsequent orders, and follow through to delivery.

Listen attentively to client requests and needs and make relevant recommendations
Provide written quotations.

Contact new and existing customers in line with company sales strategy.

Record calls, emails and set follow up tasks using the company’s CRM system.

Inputting new customer details and raising/sending invoices.

Deal with existing customer enquiries and ensuring their needs are met.

Develop and maintain sales pipeline

Hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
This is a 100% office-based position, however external customer visits may be required on occasion, accompanied by a senior team member.

The role is supported by 20% off the job training and the qualification supporting this role is the apprenticeship Customer Service Level 2 standard. This is all undertaken in the office. This apprenticeship will take between 12 and 15 months to complete.
