Summary
Hours: 15 per weekWe are currently looking to recruit a Hospitality Assistant to join our team here at Housing 21.Key accountabilities include:Work with catering team to take orders and serve customers food and drinks in a timely and friendly manner.Keep facilities clean and presentableProvide excellent customer service. Seek feedback from users and contribute to suggestions for future improvementsPromote residents’ engagement and use of facilities at the village, including hard to reach residentsMonitor and report any problems to Facilities leadProcess payments accurately and ensure accurate records are keptCurious to know more?
