Summary

-Offer Technical Support and guidance on applications to front line, coordinating with third parties if necessary

-Provide guidance and support on system upgrade testing

-Manage a ticketed system, ensuring queries are up to date and in line with SLAs

-Meet Daily targets for triage and resolution output

-Build and configure PDAs for engineers

-Investigate business queries whether they are training or technical queries

-Ensuring data changes are reflected in all impacted systems, following and documenting approvals

-Communicating effectively with peers and management to prioritise tasks

-Demonstrate high employee performance to meet values and targets

-Follow process requirements in line with audit expectations

-Support the mobilisation and demobilisation of all Maximo led contracts

-Act as gatekeepers and custodians for the addition, removal and management of data
