Summary
The Best Connection are currently looking for a reliable and proactive Forklift Truck (FLT) Driver to join one of our well established clients within the Doncaster area. The ideal candidate will hold valid Reach and Counterbalance FLT licences, a full UK driving licence (for occasional on-call driving duties), and be comfortable using computers to assist with basic admin and stock control tasks.
Key Responsibilities:- Operating FLT Reach and Counterbalance trucks safely and efficiently
- Loading/unloading goods and organising stock in the warehouse
- Carrying out occasional delivery or collection duties using company vehicles (driving licence required)
- Supporting warehouse admin tasks including stock input, labelling, and basic data entry
- Following all health & safety procedures and reporting any issues promptly
- Assisting other team members and maintaining a clean working environment
- Valid FLT Reach and Counterbalance licences (in date)
- Full UK Driving Licence - essential for on-call or ad-hoc driving duties
- Computer literate - able to confidently use basic systems and software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, stock systems)
- Good communication skills and a team-player attitude
- Flexible and reliable with a strong work ethic
