Our client is a leading company in their sector and are investing heavily into research, development and introduction of new products! They are currently recruiting for a Process Engineer to assist with R&D and continuous improvement projects.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Producing Process documents and operating instructions
  • Implementing new processes
  • Overseeing continuous improvement opportunities on existing processes and workflows
  • Creating and introducing testing and validation methods
  • Risk Assessments
  • Liaising with production, design, manufacturing and R&D to oversee NPI

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • Experience creating Standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Understanding of H&S regulations
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Project management experience (Desirable)
  • CAD knowledge (Desirable)
  • Lean Manufacturing techniques
