Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering or related field
+ 5+ years of experience in technical support or related field
+ Strong technical skills and knowledge of software development and programming languages
+ Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
+ Experience with customer service and support
