Summary
My client based in Spalding is looking to recruit a full-time permanent Sales Engineer. This is a great opportunity to join an established family run business. Working Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm
In this Sales Engineer role, you will offer technical expertise to sell complex products and services, providing technical support and guidance throughout the sales process.
Day to day your duties will include:-
Travelling to prospect and conduct site surveys
Preparing detailed quotations and detailed reports
Create and analyse tenders
Forecast and analyse sales targets
Negotiate and finalise sales including T&C’s
Attend trade shows, conferences, networking, and marketing events
To be considered for the Sales Engineer role you will have
A proven track record in sales managing your own diary. Ideally within the engineering sector/environment
You will be able to demonstrate strong negotiation and problem-solving skills,
Strong organisation and reporting skills, fully proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.
You will hold a UK drivers’ licence.
In return our client is offering a basic salary of up to £45k depending on experience, access to company vehicle, company mobile phone. 33 days holiday including public holidays, access to pension scheme. Performance related bonus scheme.
