Summary

We are looking for an experienced Occupational Health trained (nurse SCPHN qualified) to manage the delivery of all clinical aspects of the Occupational Health Service:
· Provide strong professional and clinical leadership to the nursing teams working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure high quality standards of care, clinical governance, effectiveness and delivering on key national and local performance targets in accordance with agreed objectives, targets, quality standards, controls and resourceconstraints
· Maximise productivity within the teams using effective models to increaseefficiency
· Deputise for the Head of Nursing/ Deputy General Manager (HON/DGM) whenappropriate
