We are currently seeking a Sales Administrator to join our team for a 12-month maternity cover contract with the potential to become permanent, starting September 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organised, and enjoys building strong relationships with customers.
Working closely with our Sales Director, Marketing Manager, and Training Coordinator, you’ll play a key part in supporting the day-to-day operations of our sales team. This is a varied, office-based role that requires confidence, initiative, and excellent organisational skills.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email
Process and dispatch orders efficiently and accurately
Collate and report weekly sales figures to the Managing Director
Monitor and manage stock levels
Provide administrative support to the sales team
Prepare quotes, invoices, and internal reports as needed
General administration duties
Bookkeeping experience would be desirable
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a sales administration role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good computer literacy and analytical ability
Confidence using Microsoft Office, especially Excel
A flexible, proactive approach with the ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload
