Summary

Are you passionate about well-maintained and safe housing?

New Forest District Council is seeking a skilled and motivated Stock Condition Surveyor to join our Housing team. This is a pivotal role in ensuring the long-term sustainability and compliance of our housing stock, contributing directly to the delivery of decent homes across the district.

Do you have a keen eye for detail?

You will be responsible for conducting comprehensive surveys of the Council’s housing assets, assessing their condition, lifespan, and compliance with relevant standards. Your insights will inform strategic investment decisions and help shape future maintenance programmes.

About you  

You will build strong relationships and work closely with senior managers, surveyors and contractors producing detailed stock condition surveys, ensuring high standards of work, support and customer service.

This is a busy role that requires you to be organised and able to prioritise tasks, work accurately and have great attention to detail.
