The Role
As a Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the SENCO and classroom teachers to support pupils with a range of needs, including autism, ADHD, and speech and language difficulties. You will help deliver 1-2-1 and small group interventions, provide in-class support, and assist in creating a positive, inclusive learning environment that encourages progress and emotional wellbeing.

The Candidate
This role is perfect for a Psychology graduate who is empathetic, patient, and committed to helping all children thrive. You should be a strong communicator, able to work collaboratively with staff and build trusting relationships with pupils. Previous experience working with children, particularly in an SEN context, is highly valued but not essential. A genuine interest in pursuing a career in psychology or education is a must.
