Full-Time | £30,000 - £35,000 | Monday to Friday | No weekends
A newly opened and dynamic early years setting in Pembury is seeking an experienced Deputy Nursery Manager to join its close-knit team. You'll work alongside a small management team and have the freedom to influence practice and culture from the ground up.
What You'll Do:
- Lead and inspire a team of early years practitioners
- Support with day-to-day nursery operations
- Take charge in the absence of the Manager
- Deliver and support engaging EYFS curriculum plans
- Ensure regulatory and safeguarding compliance
- Foster an inclusive, nurturing environment for children aged 0-5
What We're Looking For:
- Level 3 qualification in Childcare or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of EYFS and Ofsted standards
- A proactive leader who thrives in collaborative settings
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
