Summary
Your new company
Hays are recruiting for a temporary to permanent Front of House Receptionist for a prestigious Manchester City Centre client. This role is fully office-based and immediately starting.
Your new role
You will provide professional and welcoming 5-star service to all guests arriving at the building. You will manage bookings, support the wider team, and you will be the first point of contact for all visitors. You will be comfortable implementing procedures, handling queries and calls, you will manage post and deliveries, book meeting rooms, you will log all guests in and out using the most up-to-date technology, you will support with events, compliance and any other duties required via the building manager.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have previous experience in a hosting role, you will have worked within 5* customer service, you will be organised, well-presented, you will be strong on IT systems, you will be able to use your own initiative, and you will be able to solve problems.
