Summary
Assess and treat both acute and long term conditions Confident in prescribing within Medicines Management guidance Make referrals to other specialties where appropriate Provide holistic care, considering patient's physical, psychological and social needs. Offer advice on healthy lifestyle and disease prevention. Co-ordinate care for patients with complex needs with other healthcare professionals. Manage your paperwork - ie bloods, tasks etc.
