Summary
To allocate tasks and responsibilities to the catering supervisory team and take thenecessary steps to ensure the specified service is provided.To liaise with Ward Managers and be proactive in resolvingDifficulties in order to build and maintain good working relationships.Working with the catering management and retail outlets to ensure achieve ourtargets, in relation to profit and service.Work towards the Trust HACCP Policy.Attend meetings as requested with both managers and service users.Carry out regular Supervisor 1-1 meetings to assist in effective two-waycommunication and to communicate the Trusts aims and objectives to Supervisorsto then cascade to catering staffControl staffing worked hours, organising workloads fairly and ensuring that labourhours are kept within the master rota.
