Summary
Key responsibilities:
Key tasks include delivering direct support to staff (primarily through the Chief of Staff) with tasks such as Workforce services activity (transactional delivery of workforce related activity), business case support, internal communications, ad hoc administrative functions & local level matters.
Line management duties. This includes overseeing the performance and development of team members, providing guidance and support, conducting regular performance reviews, and ensuring that the team meets its objectives.
Be the focal point for all Business Management activities within their area of responsibility, to support staff on a range of activities, and to support the smooth running of Solider Academy business specifically working with key stakeholders.
Performing tasks to support the Soldier Academy, maintaining accurate MyHR and resource data, and ensuring monthly checks and cleansing of workforce data to produce regular workforce reports.
You will be expected to foster a positive working environment, encourage professional growth, and address any issues that may arise within the team.
