We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
The Role:
As Store Manager, you’ll be at the heart of a fast-paced, tech-driven retail environment. You’ll be responsible for managing store operations, leading and developing your team, and achieving commercial targets. You’ll also be a key ambassador of the brand, ensuring that every customer receives expert advice and tailored solutions that suit their lifestyle and connectivity needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and motivate the store team to meet and exceed sales, service, and performance targets
• Deliver expert knowledge of telecom products and services including mobile plans, broadband packages, and smart devices
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, in-store displays, and promotional materials
• Oversee day-to-day operations including stock control, scheduling, and cash handling
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety, and regulatory requirements
• Analyze store performance metrics and implement strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention
• Provide hands-on coaching and development to ensure a knowledgeable, confident sales team
About You:
• Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager
• Deep understanding of mobile technology, networks, and sales strategies
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
• Customer-focused with a passion for delivering tailored, solution-driven service
• Commercially aware with the ability to analyze data and drive results
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment with a proactive and adaptable mindset
