Shift pattern: Monday to Friday Hours: 5pm – 3:10am

Job requirements of Quality Assessor:

· Troubleshooting – ‘Walking the factory floor’ to identify any issues ahead of them arising and taking appropriate action. Dealing with issues as and when required.

· Managing corrective actions – making sure corrective actions are completed within appropriate timescales and that the relevant documents have been completed.

· Audit paperwork – Checking if the production paperwork has been completed correctly by production staff

· Hygiene Audits, micro swabbing and micro sampling product

· Lab work – analysing samples collected from production

· Formal GMP, Fabrication and Process Control Audits

· Conduct documented checks that a % of the production run is within product specification

· Opportunity to work an overtime outside of your standard hours and potential career progression across other technical departments

What you will need:

· To be self-motivated and able to work on your own initiative

· To have a good level of both written and verbal English

· Ideally have experience of working within a fast paced food manufacturing environment

· Ideally have Level 2 Food Hygiene/Safety certification

Pay and benefits:

· Rate of pay – £15.31 per hour

Rate inclusive of £1 per hour weekly attendance bonus
· Overtime – time and a third after basic hours
