Summary
Our Client is a dealership and they’re currently seeking an Aftersales Manager to join their team in the Milton Keynes area.
Benefits:
- Salary: £50,000 Basic (DOE) + Bonus | OTE: £70,000
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 18:00
- No Weekends
- Ongoing training and Manufacturer development
Requirements:
- An experienced Aftersales Manager with experience in a franchised dealer
- A solid communicator with a focus on Customer Service
- Strong Technical knowledge
- An Aftersales Manager who leads from the front & is able to motivate their team to success
Responsibilities:
- Leading the entire Aftersales Team – overseeing the Parts, Service and Workshop teams
- Recruitment and Training with the Service, Parts and Workshop teams
- Ensuring targets set are met and exceeded
- Maximising profitability of the Aftersales Department.
The salary for this position is £50000 basic with a potential OTE of £70000.
