Environmental Health Officer needed in Bournemouth Paying £20.98 per hr ref 5273439
Full time hours on a temporary basis
Key Responsibilities:- Investigate complaints and carry out inspections in line with statutory duties
- Enforce environmental health legislation and take appropriate legal action where necessary
- Provide expert advice and guidance to businesses, landlords, and the public
- Prepare reports, maintain accurate records, and present evidence in court or tribunals when required
- Work collaboratively with internal departments and external agencies
- Respond to emergencies and public health incidents as part of a rota or out-of-hours service
