Summary

As a Business Services Coordinator you will work collaboratively with the Business Support Manager and provide front line support to visitors to our Bournemouth Office, be responsible for the maintenance of the facilities and lead on the arrangements for travel and meeting bookings. If you are energised, experienced and passionate to provide a quality service then we want to hear from you.


Location: Bournemouth Office, Station Approach, Ashley Rd, BH1 4NB (Full time - office based role)

Salary: Up to £24,480.00

Hours: 36.5 - Monday to Thursday(08:00- 16:30) Friday (08:00 - 15:30)

As a Business Services Coordinator you will...

.Liaising with external stakeholders including contractors and suppliers

.Provide effective front of house and reception services

.Coordinate key services and contracts

.Manage maintenance of premises

.Maintain accurate and up to date records

.Provide high quality admin support

.Arrange deliveries and sort incoming mail

.Ensure site H&S procedures are followed

Requirements
What we need from you...

.Grade A-C GCSE in Eng and Math or equivalent

.Health and Safety qualification would be beneficial

.Experience in a facilities coordinator role

.Experience in liaising with internal and external stakeholders

.Experience of working as part of a fast-paced, dynamic team

.Effective communication skills

.Self motivated and able to meet deadlines

.High levels of integrity and ability to produce work accurately
