Summary
A position that requires a special person who is passionate about Early Years Education and wants to make a difference that will last a child’s lifetime.

You will be given support and guidance and in return you will need to Develop a high level of knowledge about Early Years. Although this is a rewarding career it will not make you financially rich but you will be rewarded for your level of commitment and progress.
We have 2 private settings across Medway, this position is at our Strood setting. This has become available due to partial retirement of Owners. We are passionate about the survival of our Pre-Schools and need the right person in place.
We are Term Time, opening 38 weeks a year so it can provide a great balance to a career and family life.
Leadership experience is essential with a minimum of 2 years experience working in an Early Years setting or alternative experience. Must have Level 3 Early Years qualification and Maths Level 2 Qualification.
