We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Treatment Manager to lead the delivery of accredited programmes at HMP Ashfield. This is an exciting opportunity to influence rehabilitation outcomes, support programme staff, and maintain the integrity of critical interventions in a secure and purpose-driven environment.
About HMP Ashfield
HMP Ashfield is a Category C adult male training prison located in the village of Pucklechurch, on the north-east side of Bristol.
We offer a wide range of accredited intervention programmes, as well as education and vocational training, all designed to support long-term rehabilitation and reduce re-offending upon release.
Our residential units consist of two house blocks, Severn and Avon, each with four wings and a mix of single and double cells. We also have an Early Days Centre (EDC), where new arrivals are supported to adjust before moving to a residential wing.
In this role, you will:

- Lead the oversight and delivery of accredited programmes in line with national standards
- Supervise, coach and develop programme facilitators, ensuring professional growth
- Deliver sessions to maintain clinical practice and inform effective supervision
- Conduct session monitoring, feedback, and audits to ensure quality assurance
- Manage waiting lists, participant selection, and group allocations
- Ensure documentation, progress reviews and outcome tracking are completed accurately
- Collaborate closely with other departments to maintain a rehabilitative environment

What we’re looking for:

- Experience delivering accredited offending behaviour programmes (essential)
- Full facilitator training and ability to supervise and support staff
- Strong clinical judgement and confident decision-making
- Knowledge of intervention theory and good practice in programme delivery
- Experience with the Building Choices programme is desirable but not essential

Why join us?

- Make a genuine impact in a structured, rehabilitative environment
