We are currently recruiting for a skilled Fabrication Supervisor for one of our clients based in Rugby.
What You'll Be Doing:
Overseeing daily operations of the fabrication department
Leading, motivating, and mentoring a team of skilled fabricators and welders
Ensuring production targets and quality standards are met
Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications
Enforcing safety protocols and maintaining a clean, organised workspace
Collaborating with production planners to meet delivery deadlines
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in fabrication and supervisory roles
Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach
Proficiency in MIG/TIG welding and use of fabrication tools
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve production issues
Excellent communication and time-management abilities
