Join us and be part of a proud heritage that is all about making lasting memories for our guests.As we continue to grow, we are now strengthening our Marketing team with a Performance Marketing Executive in our Ipswich Head Office. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving growth and visibility of the Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines brand through paid digital channels. You will be responsible for delivering compelling, high-performing creative across PPC and Paid Social to acquire new customers, as well as taking a data-led approach to evaluate the effectiveness of paid digital activity to provide actionable insights that shape future activity. You will also manage key partnerships such as Travelzoo, liaising with internal teams to source bespoke offers, and supporting the affiliate programme.The successful candidate will have an understanding of PPC and paid social media marketing platforms, in addition to analytics software such as GA4. You will have strong proofreading skills and a keen eye for detail, as well as previous Digital Marketing experience.This is a permanent full-time role, working 35 hours per week on a hybrid basis, Monday to Friday, 9 to 5.Fred.
