About the Role:
We're recruiting on behalf of a leading industrial distributor within Engineering & Manufacturing Supply. With a strong footprint in the manufacturing and engineering sectors, they are now looking to grow their external sales team in the Midlands region.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated field sales professional with experience in industrial products to join a well-established business and make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and win new business opportunities across your territory
• Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing customers
• Promote and sell a broad range of products including bearings, power transmission, pneumatics, tools, and consumables
• Provide technical support and product knowledge to customers
• Prepare quotes, process orders, and manage the full sales cycle
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
• Accurately log all activities and pipeline updates in the CRM
About You:
• Field sales experience in the Engineering or Manufacturing
• Strong technical knowledge of industrial/mechanical components
• Confident communicator with solid negotiation skills
• Self-driven, target-focused, and well-organised
• Full UK driving licence
