Summary

We have an exciting opportunity for a System & Performance Lead to join the Business Change Team within Corporate Customer. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations and maintenance of systems used in Housing and Asset Management services within the Place directorate. You will lead on the development, implementation, and maintenance of systems that support the directorates operational activities and service delivery.

Accountable and takes ownership keeping others informed through collaborative working
Knowledgeable in the mechanics and the interrelation of a variety of business and information systems.
Key Requirements:

Educated to degree standard or equivalent experience in ICT, particularly leading and managing projects related to system upgrades, migrations and new system implementations. Prince 2 foundation as a minimum.
Knowledgeable in the evaluation of new systems, products, upgrades and enhancements
Experience of managing a diverse team, allocating workloads and effective delegation of duties
Experience of complex stakeholder management at a senior level, including partnership working with commercial partners
Managing staff, budgets, and projects related to digital transformation, data management, and infrastructure.
