This is a permanent position for 5 days per week, 20-24 hours per week with flexibility around shift patterns.

We are currently recruiting for a motivated, experienced and enthusiastic individual who can provide a wide range of activities to interest and stimulate the physical and mental state of our residents, understanding the need of promoting the philosophy of privacy and dignity, independence and choices, rights respect and fulfilment for all residents. Good personal and interpersonal skills are essential.
The right candidate will be offered support through mentorship and training program to ensure they have all the right tools to succeed in their role.
Tasks in brief:
· Develop ongoing weekly activities which stimulate and provide a happy environment and considers individual needs
· Record keeping (some computer based)
· Carrying out group and one to one activities
· Organising and encouraging the team in activities
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & QUALIFICATIONS
· Proven ability to develop and organise a range of events / activities for Clients in all Client categories.
· Good communication and organisational skills.
· Team player.
· Ability to work on own initiative.
· Friendly, creative and confident.
· Genuine interest in working with the relevant Client group.
