Your RoleAs a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

Provide tailored one-to-one and small group support for pupils with additional needs (e.g., autism, ADHD, speech or emotional difficulties)

Work closely with class teachers to adapt learning materials and activities

Help pupils develop confidence, independence, and communication skills

Support positive behaviour and contribute to a calm, inclusive classroom environment

Track pupil progress and share observations with the SENCo and wider teaching team
Who We’re Looking ForWe’d love to hear from you if you are:

A recent graduate (2:1 or above) in Psychology, Education, or a related subject

Experienced in working with children or young people with SEN (in school, care, or voluntary settings)

Calm, patient, and adaptable, with a caring and empathetic approach

Genuinely interested in a long-term career in education, therapy, or child development
