Your Role

As a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

  • Provide tailored one-to-one and small group support for pupils with additional needs (e.g., autism, ADHD, speech or emotional difficulties)


  • Work closely with class teachers to adapt learning materials and activities


  • Help pupils develop confidence, independence, and communication skills


  • Support positive behaviour and contribute to a calm, inclusive classroom environment


  • Track pupil progress and share observations with the SENCo and wider teaching team


    Who We’re Looking For

    We’d love to hear from you if you are:

    • A recent graduate (2:1 or above) in Psychology, Education, or a related subject


    • Experienced in working with children or young people with SEN (in school, care, or voluntary settings)


    • Calm, patient, and adaptable, with a caring and empathetic approach


    • Genuinely interested in a long-term career in education, therapy, or child development
