Summary
An opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Pathway & Quality Lead position within NAIP. Applications for this permanent full time role are invited from Audiologists or Speech & Language Therapists.

The Clinical Pathway & Quality Lead is an advanced-level specialist role within the multidisciplinary Nottingham Auditory Implant Programme. The post holder will be an Audiologist or Speech & Language Therapist with highly developed specialist knowledge and extensive practical experience across their professional area and in the field of cochlear implantation. Approximately 70% of the role will involve direct clinical practice, with duties tailored to the post holder’s profession.
The post holder will lead on quality assurance, clinical governance, and pathway development across the Service to ensure safe, effective, patient-centred care aligned with local and national standards.
Working closely with the Head of Service and other clinical leads, the post holder will significantly contribute to service delivery models, strategic planning, research, education, and professional development. The role requires collaboration and liaison with a wide range of professionals and agencies within the UK. The post holder will provide clinical supervision and mentoring to qualified staff, trainees, and students, and is expected to maintain up-to-date professional knowledge and skills.
