We have a brand new opportunity for a Head of Corporate Development to join our team at Car Care Plan on a remote basis. This role will be to Identify, develop and maintain close and mutually beneficial relationships with Vehicle Manufacturers (VM’s) and Dealer Groups by leading key account and business development teams supporting client networks. Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Maintain and grow strategic and operational relationships across VM sales, aftersales, and finance captives facilitating the introduction of CCP Protex.
Deliver the CCP Protex strategy and retain and grow existing VM client business.
Responsible for the VM customer journey within CCP Protex to ensure it meets brand requirements and delivers desired outcomes.
Provide leadership to and manage the VM and Dealer Group KAM teams, setting and monitoring performance against objectives and outlining their personal development plans.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have proven experience within B2B sales, ideally managing F&I products as well as experience managing multiple stakeholders (both internal and external) and leading a remote based team with a high workload. Experience in the motor industry ideally within Insurance, FS or dealerships/dealer groups is necessary as is experience or knowledge of accident aftercare.
