Summary
Justteachers is working in partnership with a welcoming and inclusive school in Bradford to recruit a dedicated and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join their team full-time from September 2025.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate HLTA who is looking to make a real impact in the classroom. The school is committed to providing a supportive and nurturing environment for both students and staff. If the right candidate is secured, there is the potential for a permanent placement.
The Role:
• Full-time HLTA position supporting across key stages
• Delivering planned lessons and interventions
• Working closely with teaching staff to raise attainment
• Supporting pupils with a range of needs, including SEN
• Contributing to a positive and inclusive learning environment
The Ideal Candidate:
• Holds HLTA status or equivalent qualification
• Has experience working in a school setting
• Is confident delivering lessons and supporting learning
• Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Is committed, reliable, and passionate about education
Justteachers is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff to share this commitment. An enhanced DBS including a children’s barred list check and where applicable a vulnerable adults barred list check is required for all successful candidates.
