As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a dedicated, proactive, highly organised individual to join our team fulfilling the role of Sales Coordinator.
This is a full time office based role and you will be a dedicated point of contact for our customers.

Duties to include but are not limited to:
• Customer Support & Sales: Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and assist customers with product enquiries, providing basic power knowledge (specifics can be taught).
• Stock Management: Manage inventory, oversee stock ordering, and ensure products are available as needed.
• Liaison with Staff & Customers: Work closely with both the manufacturing team in and customers to ensure smooth operations and product delivery.
• Inbound Sales: Handle incoming sales inquiries and assist in converting leads into orders.
• Administrative Support: Manage day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the business.
What We're Looking For:
• Confident & Adaptable: You’ll need to be comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to adapt quickly to changing demands.
• Organised: Strong organisational skills to manage tasks, deadlines, and communication efficiently.
• Independent & Team Player: While you’ll need to be self-sufficient, you must also be comfortable working collaboratively within the wider team.
• Basic Power Knowledge (Preferred): An understanding of power distribution or foundation principles of electricity knowledge would be preferred, although we are happy to teach an individual who is receptive and keen to learn.
• Customer-Focused: A passion for delivering great customer service and maintaining strong relationships.
• Computer literate: Confidence working with computers (Microsoft office)
• Have own transport: Due to the location of our office, either living locally or own transport will be essential.
