Summary
Key Duties
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all HR matters across the business.
Oversee the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and systems for the Company.
- Manage payroll, absence monitoring, and employee records in compliance with GDPR.
- Manage day-to-day HR administration including contracts, absence management, and employee records.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding and company induction.
- Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and company culture.
- Oversee workforce planning, ensuring the business has the right talent in place to achieve its goals.
- Manage employee relations, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with employment law, staying updated on legislative changes.
- Oversee and advise on complex HR issues to mitigate risk to the Company.
-Design and deliver training sessions to enhance line managers’ skills in people management and promote best HR practices across the business.
-Lead internal communications to keep employees informed, engaged, and motivated.
